Description
Index What is going wrong? Start here
Each page below starts from a symptom, not a service: orders that do not reach the accounts, an app the store rejected, traffic that fell after a redesign, a spreadsheet that no longer copes. Every page gives the usual causes in the order to check them, a test you can run yourself, and the point at which outside help is worth paying for.

How to use these pages
Pick the page whose title sounds most like what you would say on the phone: "the developer has stopped replying", "orders are missing from Tally", "Google has stopped sending visitors". You do not need to know what the fix is called. The pages are grouped by where the trouble shows up:
Software and apps. Something you had built, or a tool the team relies on, has stopped coping: a spreadsheet, a no-code product, an app waiting for store approval, a project whose developer has gone.
Online stores. The shop takes orders, but something around it fails: speed, or the link to accounts and stock.
Search and visibility. People cannot find you, on Google or in AI answers, or far fewer of them do than before.
What each page gives you
Every page follows the same pattern, so you can scan it quickly:
The symptoms , so you can confirm you are on the right page.
The usual causes, in the order to check them. The checks that cost nothing come first.
A check you can run yourself for each cause, using tools you already have: your own admin screens, Google Search Console, the rejection email, one failed order.
What fixes it , including the cases where the fix is a setting and not a project.
When to get help , and what to have ready so the first conversation is useful.
You may not need a developer
Several of these problems are solved by a setting, a form in a console, or a cheaper ready-made product, and the pages say so where that is the case. Work through the checks first. If you reach the end with the cause identified, you will get a faster and smaller quote from anyone you ask. If the checks do not explain it, that is the point at which a technical assessment earns its cost.
If your problem is not listed
Use the custom requirements page to describe it in your own words. If the trouble is with software someone else built and no longer supports, start with software rescue . If a term on any page is unfamiliar, the glossary has short definitions.
Developer left the project A freelancer or agency has stopped responding and your software is half-built or live without support. What to secure today, in order, and how to hand it to a new team.
Shopify store is slow A step-by-step diagnosis for a slow Shopify store using Shopify's web performance report and PageSpeed Insights, and which fixes need a developer.
Software and apps
Outgrown Excel A seven-question self-assessment for a business run on spreadsheets: what each warning sign means, what to check, and when ready-made or custom software is the fix.
Outgrown a no-code tool What you can and cannot export from Bubble, Webflow, FlutterFlow and Airtable, how to tell a fixable limit from a real one, and the steps of a move to custom code.
App rejected by a store The common reasons Apple and Google reject an app, each with the guideline it comes from and a check you can run before you resubmit.
PWA not installing The install prompt or Add to Home Screen option is missing. Eight causes in order of likelihood, each with the check from the browser's own documentation.
Online stores
Orders not syncing to Tally or ERP Orders from your online store are missing, duplicated or wrong in Tally or your ERP. The six usual causes, a check for each using one failed order, and what a reliable sync needs.
Search and visibility
Traffic dropped after a redesign Search traffic fell after a new design, platform or domain. The checks to run in Google Search Console, in order, and what Google's own site-move guidance says to fix.
