Index Integrations: connecting the systems your business runs on

Each page here covers one system: what an integration with it does, the data that moves each way, the limits the vendor documents, what tends to fail, and when the vendor's own plugin or a no-code connector is enough. Every page is written from the vendor's current documentation and lists its sources.

Discuss an integration Last updated 2 October 2026

Before you choose how to connect two systems

Most integrations can be done three ways, and the cheapest one that holds up is the right one.

Route

Suits

Watch for

The vendor's own plugin or app

A standard store or CMS talking to a popular service

Stops where the plugin's options stop

A no-code connector

Low volume, simple rules, popular apps on both sides

Per-task pricing at volume; failures that nobody sees

A custom integration

High volume, business-specific rules, a system with no ready-made connector

Needs someone to maintain it when either side changes its API

Whichever route you take, four things decide whether it can be trusted: incoming messages are verified, a message that arrives twice does no harm, a message that never arrives is caught by a scheduled check, and every exchange is logged. The webhook entry explains why.

The guides below are grouped by what the system does. Each says plainly when you do not need a developer at all.

Analytics and ads

Google Analytics 4 What a correct GA4 and Tag Manager setup involves: event design, consent mode, server-side events and the limits Google documents.

Meta Conversions API How the Meta Pixel and Conversions API work together: server events, hashing, deduplication by event ID, consent, and the limits Meta documents.

Maps

Google Maps Platform Google Maps API pricing as of October 2026: free monthly usage per SKU, India rates, a worked monthly cost, cheaper alternatives, and what an integration involves.

Tax and compliance

GST e-invoicing How a GST e-invoice integration works: invoice JSON to the IRP, IRN and signed QR back, cancellation rules, API access through a GSP, and what breaks.

Payments

Razorpay What a Razorpay integration involves: order creation, signature checks, webhooks, refunds and settlement matching, with the limits Razorpay documents.

UPI Autopay How a UPI Autopay integration works through a payment gateway: mandate registration, the ₹15,000 rule, pre-debit notices, retries and subscription states.

Messaging

WhatsApp Business API What a WhatsApp Business API integration involves: template approval, the 24-hour window, webhooks, opt-in and per-message pricing, from Meta's documentation.

Shipping

Shiprocket What a Shiprocket API integration involves: pushing orders, assigning a courier and AWB, tracking by webhook, and acting on non-delivery reports before they return.
